Velocity Karting Club collects personal information (name, IC number, e-mail, phone number, and address) solely for membership registration, fee management, and track session booking. Your information is stored securely in our database and is never sold or shared with third parties.
In compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA), members may view and update their personal data at any time through the My Profile page, and may request account deactivation by contacting the Membership Officer.
This site uses cookies and sessions to operate:
- Session cookie — keeps you logged in while you browse.
- Remember-me cookie — optional; logs you in automatically for 30 days.
- Theme cookie — remembers your dark/light display preference.
- Last-visit cookie — records your previous visit time.

Membership fees are payable annually through our online payment page (FPX or credit/debit card). A receipt is issued for every successful payment and can be reprinted from your dashboard.
Membership fees are non-refundable once the membership period has begun, except where required by law. Failed or pending payments do not activate membership benefits.
- Bookings may be made up to 30 days in advance and cancelled up to 24 hours before the session.
- Helmets and suits must be worn at all times on track (free rental for members).
- Drivers must attend the safety briefing before their first session of the day.
- Marshals' instructions and flag signals must be obeyed at all times.
- Dangerous driving results in an immediate black flag and possible membership suspension.
Accounts are personal and must not be shared. Members are responsible for keeping their password confidential. The club reserves the right to suspend accounts involved in fraudulent payment, abusive behaviour, or misuse of the booking system. Content on this site may not be reproduced without permission.
